Refund policy

Returns

If an item you have ordered is incorrect or reaches you in damaged condition, please let us know within 7 days of delivery. We will gladly offer a replacement or refund for any damaged product returned to us within 14 days of delivery, provided it is returned in its original packaging and in an unused condition.

Please contact us using the Contact Form or email sales@athenaforte.co.uk quoting your name, telephone and order number. We will provide you with a returns address and make arrangements for a replacement to be delivered free of charge or send you a refund. Please be aware that due to the delicate nature of our products, we cannot issue a refund for used products. Refunds will only be made against the credit/ debit card used for purchase.
